What do decongestants usually do to you!?
I know Sudafed would keep me up; others said it would make them sleep (same ingredient as in Mucinex D)!.
So, I'll say it will keep you up because usual side effects are restlessness!.

It did not effect me either way!. It just made me cough as the mucous broke up in my chest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
