Question: Please help me!.!.!. I really need help ASAP!!?
My dad was hurt at work, had surgery, went back to light duty for 10 months with pain and limping!. Then found out he needed another surgery and was laid off from the job, decided to find a new doctor and found out a lot of the doctors didn't want to take on his claim because it was over a year old and previous surgery !.!.!.Now LNI will not pay for back loss because he didnt have an attending doctor what should or can he do!?
