Answers:
Allergies!.
If your phlegm turns yellow or green it means you have a sinus infection & need an antibiotic to get rid of it!.
Take Advil or Aleve to reduce inflammation
Take Vit!. C 1000mg!. every 4 hours for 2-3 days it acts on phlegm!.

I started getting allergies when I was an adult!.

Hope your Mother has a fast recovery!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like an allergy to me!. My husband has allergy symptoms just like yours!. Unless you have sore throat or fever or start coughing, just try to see if you can narrow down your allergens and stay away!. You can also go see an allergist to run some tests to see what you are allergic to!. Feel better!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have had allergies my whole life and I would have to say that those symptoms lead me to say those r allergies!. If you dont have a fever or feel achy it probably isnt a cold!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds like allergies!. I know, it sucks!. I'm sick with them right now too!.
But if the symptoms get any more worse I would go to the doctor!.
Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
