First question, are you overweight, have you had your blood lipids (fats) checked recently!? How is your blood pressure!? Do you smoke!? Could be your heart (blockage somewhere) Could be emphysemia!. All of this is extreme I know, but really you shouldnt be having difficulty breathing if you are walking at a normal pace!. I suggest very strongly that you get your doctor to run a few tests!. see a doctor and if you are diagnosed with asthma, you can try a product called clear lungs--you can get it at the vitamin store or health food store!. I have bad asthma and it really helps me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
