Answers:
have you tried an iron infusion!? I am anemic and it has helped me tremendously!.

As for disability, you have to be able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you can not work your current job and any similar jobs!. You have to have tons of documentation from all of your doctors, hospital visits, tests, etc!. They will send you a huge question packet asking about your daily activities such as bathing yourself, feeding pets, taking care of children, house hold chores, and yes, they even get personal!. I am speaking from experience!.

They deny you the first time and then you have to get an attorney!. While waiting for a court date they will resend forms again asking the exact same thing but reworded!. Be prepared to wait a lonnnnnnnnnnnggggg time!. Your chances are better if you have a local judge!. Anyone from out of state, it's a crap shoot!.

go to legal aid if you can't find an attorney!. They can offer more information to you!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some say it's hard to get it, but I did and didn't hire an attorney!. It is possible, but there is a LOT of paperwork and your doc really has to be behind you for he/she will have to provide a lot of documentation, Also remember that you have to be out of work six mos before you can apply!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I doubt it, hypothyroidism is completely treatable by using medication!. If you're tired, you need to go see a doctor and get your blood level checked and adjust your meds!. There's no reason why you shouldn't be able to work because of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think you sdould apply for disability, because if your always tired and cant work because of it, why not get disability!. if its your only way of income then i suggest it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

How do you have the internet!. Take care of your kids thats what mothers are supposed to do!. They are supposed to be stronger than the rest and if you cant pay your bills you need to get rid of little luxuries like the internet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is a long drawn out process!. You doctor is your best friend in this case!. If youcan get him to do his job i see no problems!. see if you can get on general assistence or welfare!. i hope things get betterWww@Answer-Health@Com

Actually, you will be denied the first time and maybe even the second time!. That's how it works for everyone!. You MUST keep re-applying and sending copies of your doctors report to them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

have you tried treating the hypothyroidism and anemia!? maybe that would make you feel better so you can work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should apply for disability!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

YES! IM PROUD TO TELL YOU THAT THERE IS A LOT OF GOVERNMENT HELP RESOURCES OUT THERE THAT CAN HELP YOU!.

It wouldn't hurt to try!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Guessing that you're referring to medical SSI/SSDI based on the information in the question!. Keep in mind what others have already mentioned - you may likely be denied (at least the first time) regardless of whether or not you qualify!. Quite a few people apply that are not disabled, so it is pretty standard that some receive denial the first go round!. If you know you qualify and are denied, make sure you appeal within the amount of time allowed and they will look over it again!.

Basically, you'll need to have a condition on the list of impairments, which is expected to be long-term or permanent, and it has to limit your ability to do what they call - gainful activity!. The lists and other information about who qualifies and how to apply are available at the Social Security site - ssa!.gov!. The links to the info you need are on that main page!.

I am unsure of hypothyroidism in adults!. Hypoparathyroid is qualified for cases of severe recurrent tetany or recurrent convulsion, but thyroid disorders (in general) are qualified based on an evaluation of your resulting impairment!. For the chronic anemia, a specific diagnosis can really help the process (I say that because some people are informed they have it but don't get an official diagnosis in their files) but you would also have to meet the standard of medical severity (transfusions) or physical limitation!.

Of course, all this means that you may have to visit with the S!.S!. doctors, as well as your own, so that they may evaluate your condition!.

If you're unable to function, I would suggest that it can't hurt to go to the site and look into it while you're on the internet!. You can start the application process while you're there if you want - just be prepared with the info for all the questions you'll be asked!. Which, can be a lot if you have a lot of medical info!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I doubt you will be able to get it!.!.!.you'd have to prove you are not able to function at all in your daily life!. If you are caring for 2 teenagers, you're able!.

You would have to show that your illnesses have been unsuccessfully treated; that you wouldn't be able to work for at least 1 year in any capacity in any job!.

How old are your teenagers!? Can they get part time little jobs!.!.!.at least to have pocket money!?

Since you are have HUD & Food Stamps!.you ought to apply for Welfare!.!.!.they may make you apply for disability!. Apply for Medicaid separately if you don't already have health insurance, you will get it faster!.

Call free legal services for your area & ask them for consultation re: disability!.

Hypothyroidism & anemia are not typically disability diagnoses!. Unless you've left out something about your anemia that affects your prognosis!.

Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
