List of my symptoms... I can't figure out what I have..?!


Question: List of my symptoms!.!.!. I can't figure out what I have!.!.!?
My symptoms are:

- MAJOR loss of appetite
- Tired
- Really sore but I haven't done anything active in the past 2 weeks!.!.!.
- Really really cold
- A little depressed feeling

I can't figure out what I have, I've looked everywhere!.!.!. I'm not anorexic, trust me!. Help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

One obvious area to investigate would be thyroid function!. You may have an underactive thyroid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are more depressed than you think you are!. Exercise is the best thing to get your feel good hormones to kick in!. Take a walk, (I know you are tired but it will help) go shopping with some friends, go to the movies (a comedy) and for pizza with friends!. You have to push yourself!. I know you don't have an appitite but with friends it may improve!. I have suffered depression all my life (a long time) so I know all the tricks to feel better!. Get busy and you will feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are depressed, which is actually the cause of all of those!. now the best thing to do is talk with it to someone, friend, family member, psychologist, anyone!. depression can put a huge damper on your life and literlly make you physically ill!. dont worry, many people suffer from depression, myself being one of them!. dont worry, it passes!. just try to put yourself into a postive frame of mind and work on it from there!. feel better=D *Hugs*

Have your iron levels and thyroid checked!. The thyroid produces many hormones and when its not working right your hormones go crazy!. If your cold all the time you are probably anemic!. I know this, because Im going through the same thing!. I have chronic anemia and a very underactive thyroid, which can cause depression and mood changes!. Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com
