1) I thing that a part how cigarettes does to effect the mood is that when you are smoking you are breathing the same way as psychotherapist say you should breath to relief anxiety, so keep on doing this breathing but without the cigarette!.

Im still a smoker, but after the third day, most of the physical part should be over!. Remember that it is the nicotine doing this to you and not the lack of it!. If you choose to have a cigarette, you will have to start this all over again, because no addict can have "just one"!. Do some strenuous physical activity, that seems to help, or take a nap if you can!. Just think, you are halfway out of the death trap!. Dont go back in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
