Ok, here's what you do!.

You go to the cupboard and grab a jar of peanut butter!. Call the dog into the room!. Open the jar of peanut butter and spread it all over!.!.!.!.

A piece of bread!. Cut it in half and share with the dog!. You will feel good about sharing and your stress level should decrease!.

If you stress out about destressing your life you'll get nowhere! I don't think there is a way to destress your life!. I think the only thing you can really do is enjoy to the fullest the free time you do have!. Also try to deal with one issue at a time - when we have multiple things going on it makes everything seem worse than it really is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is not easy!. I think it all boils down to self control and it's going to take a lot of practice--the popular thing now is keeping our mind in the here and now!. We have to learn to control our breathing (at least I do)!. Exercise and a well balanced diet are important and taking a multi-vitamin that has a lot of calcium, magnesium and the B vitamins!. We have to eat as well--breakfast, lunch and dinner and a couple of healthy snacks!. It doesn't have to be a lot of food, but it should be good food--lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and some meat, eggs, and dairy products!. Stay away from fast food, junk food and over processed food!. Drink a lot of water and get some sunshine and fresh air every day--to do that means putting yourself first for a bit each day!. I have started surrendering my concerns to the Lord, whatever they are and am working real hard to let them go and let God!. Don't be afraid to ask for help in running the home!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Seek out a professional social worker or psychologist & discuss your feelings & thoughts with them in therapy!. The therapist can also act as a very strong support to you!.

Good luck to youWww@Answer-Health@Com
