Answers:
I think they are allowed to ask about non-debilitatng illnesses!.

If you have a serious or chronic illness that doesn't affect your job, you are not required to tell them about it!. For instance, I have diabetes, but I my employer is not allowed to ask me if I have it and I don't have to tell them about it unless it affects my job!. My wife has a kidney transplant, which puts a stress on the company's health care plan, but she isn't required to tell them about it in job interviews!.

But if you're out with the flu or something, they can ask about that, but you still don't have to tell them about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!. But there is a positive spin to this if you're interested - it's a way for employers to spot any health and safety issues that might need addressing within the working environment!. For example, if several people within the same department have time off for headaches, the company should check the lighting and/or ventilation in that area!. Hope this makes you feel a bit better about what is automatically assumed to be worker oppression!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!.

My mom worked for the State and she had to fill in a number that corresponds to a disease!. She would lie and choose the one that said "harry tongue!." Which probably means that they don't really check it too hard in her case!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unfortunately yes, they own you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
