Question: What do you think is the biggest reason not to smoke!?
I can name about 50, but I'm just curious what is the clincher for you-what keeps you away from it!?
Some of my reasons:
Your HEALTH (that's the #1 reason for me)-there's a countless amount of diseases cigarette smoking causes
The health of those around you
Money!. The price of cigarettes is rising every day-you're paying to destroy your lungs
You smell so bad! And it's hard to wash that smell away! Especially your breath

My Clincher was my heart, when i smoked and i used to lay in bed and turn over in bed it would start my heart beating slightly faster, and i thought this is not right, so i gave up!.
I did not use any patches or gum just did it cold turkey!.
And yes it makes you smell, its costly and it will kill youWww@Answer-Health@Com

I know all the longterm effects should be the biggest reason, but to be honest what kept me from ever starting to smoke was!.!.

Most people in my family smoke and when I smell it I want it, but the main reason I don't smoke(isn't because I'm 16) its because I don't want to screw up my pipes!. I don't wanna sound like crap!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
