Answers:
there are socks you buy at medical supply stores that specifically reduce the swelling in toes, feet, ankles or legs!. they are fairly cheap, put them on in the morning, and take off before bed!. epsom salt iiis more for injuries!. if you havnt had any injuries the swelling is due to water retention in the toes!. the socks are great because you can go about your daily activities!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try soking your feet in epson salts and water!. Cold ice packs will reduce swelling!. You might have some underlying problem if this lasts for more than a couple weeks!. I would consider seeing a doctor just to be sure it isn't anything serious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Add little salt( 1 t spoon) in warm water and 2 drops of hand wash!.
Soak your feet for 10-15 minutes and pat dry!. Apply some moisturizer like petroleum jelly!.

Best of luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

milk usually does the jobWww@Answer-Health@Com

Do you have arthritis!? You should have that checked!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like a bit of a circulation problem to me!. Check with your doctor or pharmacist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
