Answers:
Yes, I agree broccoli and cauliflower, especially raw!. If you love them, just try to make sure they are fully cooked!.

I can eat them cooked real well, and cauliflower I can eat raw!. Broccoli raw it creates so much gas that I wind up vomiting, even just a little piece!.

Also if your eating healthy you are most likely eating roughage like a lot of raw veggies, and alot of them will cause excess gas and bloat!.

See your doctor, if you burp up a lot, they may cause acid reflux!. He can prescrbe something!. Until you get to see a doctor try Maalox Multi-symptom chewable tablets!. They come in fruity flavors!. That or try Bean-O!. You will burp and fart with the Maalox for awhile, but that is good, it gets it out of you, so it don't cause cramps!. But after they all get out, you should see or feel some relief!. If symptoms last 2 weeks or more, talk to your doctor; At least that is what is says on the Maaalox bottle!. But it you are concerned I would not wait the 2 weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get some activated charcoal to help with this problem!. The major cause of occasional excess flatulence is gas-promoting foods!. Most people know that beans are a major suspect, but there are other foods that will put you at risk including apricots, bananas, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, eggplant, radishes, and onions!.

Obviously the first step in reducing flatulence is avoiding the foods that give you gas!. But remember that people react differently to various foods!. Some people have found that corn, oats, and even bagels give them gas!. You have to make a point of noticing which foods give you problems!. Of course, even when you identify the foods, it may not be practical or even sensible to give them up!.

There are ways to reduce the amount of gas produced by one of the main offenders: beans!. Soaking beans in water for at least twelve hours and then cooking them welt will help reduce their gas-producing properties!. Make sure that you discard the soaking water!. Rinse beans thoroughly and be certain to cook them thoroughly until they are completely tender with no "bite" left!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you have to do an elimination diet--that is, list all the things that could be the possible culprits and cut them out completely!. Then see if the problem goes away (after 2 weeks I think!.!.) THen you reintroduce each food one by one to see which ones are the culprits!.

This is something that should probably be done under doctor supervision but it is how it worksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Everyone has gas - just some have better diets than others a major cause of excess gas is brassica (cauliflower broccoli and cabbage) but several others are drink more water and less alcohol and coffee eat live yogurt and try and avoid greasy food as all these will make it worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be lots of things, but it's probably something you're eating!. You could be lactose intolerant, or sensitive to soy or something like that!. Or if you just eat a lot of vegetables and fruit, that would do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

"healthy" foods can be the culprit!. You might have a bit of IBS going on, meaning you digest differently than other people!. Try some acidolphilus or eat more fiber to help keep you regular!. Activia can't hurt either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

How about beano!.!.I think that's what it's called!. If it's that bad, you might want to make an appt with a gastro doctor to make sure it isn't something medically wrong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the same problem because I eat a lot of fiber

It's embarrassing but I haven't found a solutionWww@Answer-Health@Com

Try eating vegetables only!.!.It seems to me that yo might undergo stress and such!.!.!.Maybe you should try relaxing more!.!.!.Try visiting your doctor because maybe their could be problems with your stomach and such!.!.I wish you all the best!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
