They are both worse!. Stop both!.

Your binging & purging can cause much faster damage to your body!. When you purge you swell your salivary glands on the side of your neck & the bulge out & look hideous!. You can get esophageal cancer!. Your teeth will turn yellow & rot!. You'll get gastritis; Irritable Bowel Syndrome & have lifelong intestinal & colon problems!. Using laxatives makes your sphincter slow & forget how to work!. You will have problems going to the bathroom also!.

Start using Nicorette gum
Cut straws in 1/2 & suck on like a cigarette!. Smokers are used to taking in more air than nonsmokers!.
Snack on celery & carrot sticks instead of smoking!.
Change habits of when you would usually smoke!.!.!.like after dinner, instead of smoke drink some tea!.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water/day!.

See a professional social worker or psychologist to work thru the underlying issues & fears that caused your eating disorder!.

I would have to say the Bulimia!. In my health class, we just learned about how dangerous it is!. You may think "oh, im okay, its just throwing up"!.!.!.!.!. but all of that throwing up will eventually destroy your esophogus(sp!?)!. In my opinion, it is MUCH more dangerous to be bulimic, and would ask for help immediatly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well smoking can be an addiction depending on what you smoke!. and bulimia can be a habbit!. So!.!.!.!.!.!. If you want to be skinny!. Id say don't smoke ciggarets!. Don't be bulimic!. But smoke something else!. It can be weed if you like!. But id recommend just dry plants and leaves for the taste!. go look for some outside and have them sit for about 5 days so they die and you can smoke them!. It will replace eating with smoking!. You don't have to inhail it either!. Breathe it in your mouth but don't breathe it in your lungs unless you want to get cancer!. Taste it kinda like a cigar, you don' t inhail them!. you just suck in the smoke and taste it!. also this makes your taste kinda go away as you smoke it! good for weight loss! and your appetite curbs!. But your strong taste comes back when you stop smoking natural plants and things like that!.

I would have to say bulimia since the pH of your stomach acids is 1-2 (very acidic) This can cause many problems down the line for the line for your esophagus!. With such as low pH, this is more destructive and quicker harm to your body than smoking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you had to choose which to quit first, I'd have to say the Bulimia!. Bulimia causes damage more quickly than smoking does!. Also, it should be easier to quit since it's not a physical addiction like smoking is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you really need to stop both habits!. I would start with the bulimia!. set small goals for yourself!. such as go through one meal without throwing up then increase your goals as you accomplish it and then move on to the smoking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
