I also take Benadryl almost every night and have been for over 2 years now!. I spoke to a doctor about this and she said that Benadryl is fairly benign!. I probably isn't the best thing to do long term but her saying that made me feel a little better about my bad habit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Taking it just a few times to go to sleep is fine, but if you have to take it every night to fall asleep, you need to go to the doctor!. Its not toxic as long as you dont take it too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
