that's too much, then when you need to use it for what it's intended (allergic reactions, itching, etc) you won't be able to use it!. Best to use meds that are for sleep aid, and do stuff like take a bath, no caffiene too close to bedtime etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was recently having troubles sleeping too, like trying to sleep in bed for about 4 hours!. I went to see my GP and he told me to stop taking caffeine, so a coffe in the morning only, choclate 3 times a week at the most in the mornings!. Its important not to take drugs to help you sleep such as benedryl, because as you said your body can easily become immune nad you find yourself overdosing or becoming addicted!. Im not sure where you are from, but if you live i Australia, coles and woolworths sell this stuff called horlicks it would be in the coffe aisle, its malt and you mix it into milk!. Take it before you go to bed it seriously helps!. Also try not to worry, when you go to bed just try not to think too much!.

They are all the tips the doctor gave me, and i havent really had any problems, but definitely look out for horlicks, i didnt think it would do anything for me but it really worked!.
they also sell it in the UK!.

good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should be taking No more than 50mg in about 6 hrs!. If you need help sleeping, buy some other over the counter sleep aids!. Or, go to you doctor, There are many meds now that are non narcotic that can help you sleep!. Hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

that is way too much!. most adults should not exceed 50 mg per dose!. You should try and find out the reason why you can't sleep and correct that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
