Bringing out some of the "old me" in the "new me"?!


Question: Bringing out some of the "old me" in the "new me"!?
Ok, I use to be such a laid back person, if something was wrong with me you would not be able to tell, I didn't worry all the time, I wasn't so negative!. I want to be a lil more laid back now, positive!. How do I train myself back into this!? I feel stressed all the time now!. Please help me or at least try!. Thank you!Www@Answer-Health@Com
