Is running up and down the steps a good way to tone up...?!


Question: Is running up and down the steps a good way to tone up!.!.!.!?
My legs!? I don't have any fancy "stair master" in my house, so is that a good alternative or just a crazy idea!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes - a great way!. Running generally is great for toning your legs and helping you to lose weight all over but up and down stairs will also help with definition!. You my also want to do some toning exercise to make your calves toned and defined and to help you strengthen and tone your thighs!.
