Question: Why do bleeding internal hemmaroids make me feel so desparately tired!?
I've had a biopsy and not got result yet but the hospital say I'm still losing blood (I don't have to have them to tell me that ! ) I am also anaemic as I had a blood test then also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Because blood carries oxygen around the body, if you are loosing blood, and not making it at the same speed, then you are loosing the ability to carry oxygen around your body, your brain especially!. If your brain isn't getting all the oxygen it needs then you cannot function properly, thus explaining the tiredness you feel!.
