I knocked the top of my head and my nose bled?!
Question: I knocked the top of my head and my nose bled!?
I was running up a some stairs and hit my head on a low ceiling!.Soon after my nose started bleeding a bit and my ears felt plugged!.Ever since i cant get a grip on my words to well but its not that bad and i feel a tad bit dazed at times but its gotten better,Ive had a few nose bleeds since also!.I went to the ER and he said i may have busted a blood vessel in my nose when i hit my head,but they werent very helpful and im suppossed to go to a follow-up doctors appointment!.And now i have a migraine,I would really like someone elses say also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you have a concussion!. I would ask your MD to check!.
Most nose bleeds are caused by burst blood vessels or very dry nostrils!. The blood vessels in the nose are very near the surface & high in number!.
In the meantime, take 2 Advil or Aleve for your headache & pain!.
Put an ice pack on the back of your neck!.
If you have another nose bleed: Keep head forward & above level of heart!. Pinch nostrils tightly for 10 minutes!.!.!.don't peek!.
After 10 min!. look if still bleeding repeat!. Put ice pack on bridge of your nose!.
