Knee pain HELP?!
Question: Knee pain HELP!?
I need some advice on how to treat my knee pain!.
I am not sure what i did to it and i have some swelling!.
I also have family history of knee issues and my mom and grandma have had their knee caps replaced at my age!.
I just need advice on what to do for the pain right now!.
Ice or heat!?!?
How long should i apply it!?
How long do i wear my ace bandage!?
Should i stay off my feet as long as i can and keep it elevated!?
