I don't think the levels are higher in the morning, I think at least from what doctors have told me, your urine is more concentrated in the morning (or during your first pee) because you haven't gone for so many hours while you were sleeping!. That's why the hcg is more detectable in the morning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
