Pushups Question?!
Question: Pushups Question!?
I do about 70-100 pushups without stopping every day!. I have been doing this for 2 weeks, and my arm strength seems to be getting ALOT stronger after just one day of pushups!. Is this normal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Assuming you didn't regularly perform pushups in the near past then yes both your strength(ability to perform a proper form pushup) as well as your endurance(ability to perform multiple proper pushups) will increase!.
Keep in mind tho that after a couple of weeks you'll hit a plateau and won't be able to do much more without doing a harder exercise such as: diamond pushups with chest to ground(your thumb and index finer touch each other in a diamond pattern), or simply regular pushups with chest slightly touching ground and arms not locking out when you go up!. Ultimately you will have to knock the door at the gym and start doing some bench presses and stuff to progress even further!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
