Question: I hate my new boss, she is a bi--h should I stay or should I go!?
she just started a couple mo ago,I have been with the Co!. for 5 yrs!.!.!.It is causing severe stress on me!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ask a higher boss for a transfer to another department or
office!. Just tell them you can serve them "better" in another
area, and ask for a raise after the transfer only!. You may end
up being her boss, down the road!. If you quit!. "She wins!."
And you get no unemployment or insurance coverage!.
For your stress, see your doctor, and get some counseling!.
I had a high stress job in the factory, and when I told my
doctor about it!. I told him I needed a couple weeks off!.
He then asked!? How many weeks off do you want!? 2 or 3!.
He signed my slip!. and off, on vacation I went!.
So!. Get that "script" from your doctor, and then turn it over to
the office!. When they ask, what's this for!?
Just tell them, your under your "doctors care!."
If they require you to see "their" doctor for the insurance!.
Just tell them your doctor checked your blood pressure,

Depends!.!. how old are you!? Is this your first job!.!. !? I had a job several years ago where my boss was a total u know what!.!. talked to me in such a condiscending manner that I finally told her I was quitting because of the way she spoke to me!. !.!. she broke down in tears apologizing !.!. but the moral of the story is !.!. if you neeeed the job!.!. suck it up and deal!. until something better comes along!.!. if you have the skills to get any JOB you WANT !.!. then stand up for yourself!.!. But If you are young & inexperienced!.!. take it as a life lesson & educate yourself so you NEVER have to settle for that!.! everyone deserves something great! if they want it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Is there anyone else you can talk to - higher up in the company - and report her behaviour!? Or perhaps just confront her and let her know your issues you're having!? It would be a shame to quit your job you've been with for five years!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
