A loud sound and corresponding strange sensation goes off in my brain, and I'm awake!. Like gears grinding to a halt, with the sound and the feeling of such a thing, or a gunshot!. Most people believe that this is related to the phenomena of astral projection!. The BAM feeling is your astral body being pulled back into your physical body because it sensed something was amiss!. I have it happen every once and a while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
