'Degeneration of the bone structure' - no matter what or how healthy your nutrition intake - no matter what other precautions you follow - it happens!. Not everyone's the same, mind, some or luckier than others with not so notable a change !.!.!.!.!. fact, shrink we do!. Hunchbacks are born with this physical disability, or through injury in early childhood, other bone diseases!Www@Answer-Health@Com

nope it is not impossible!. In fact I was 5 foot 3 1/2 inches at 24!. Now I'm only 5 ft 1 in!. This happens because as you age your back and other joints compress!. the cushions wear or something like that!. And they aren't hunch backs, lol some have osteoporosis which degenerates your bones!. For flip sake! The cartilage between your bones gets thinner, especially the discs between the bones in the spinal cord!. The main ingredient here is silicon, and it is being continually replaced!. If the replacement process slows down then the disc gradually gets thinner!. To stay tall and preserve skeletal structure eat silicon-rich foods : cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

thank god somebody got it right, tertia!. i was beginning to think that nobody remembers anything from school!. as for osteoporosis that can be prevented by eating and drinking calcium rich foods like cheese and milk!. it doesn't shrink bones they just become less dense and theres an increase in the possibility of breakagesWww@Answer-Health@Com

A loss of muscle tone or loss of calcium can affect muscles and bones and shorten them!.If muscles have been in spasm for a long time they can actually pull the bones out of alignment!.This is why you'll see older people hunched over or walking funny!.The distortion can get worse with time and people can lose inches in height and bone mass!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is possible because as you get older the cartilage between your bones shrink and they contribute towards your height =]!.x!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As it happens to women and girls all the time then you will be able to tell us next week when you are dried up and wrinkled!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Over time, your vertabrae compress and you lose anywhere from a fraction of an inch to a few inches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, obviously NOT SO (physically impossible) otherwise it wouldn't happen ! ! !Www@Answer-Health@Com

loss of bone density- and the spaces between bones get smaller!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
