Why do bones click?!


Question: Why do bones click!?
Almost all the joints in my body click!.!.!.i went to the docs about it and they just sed i was a natural expert at clicking!.!.!.but why do they click!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Mine snap, crackle, and pop!. There are many reasons for joints making sounds it could be gas bubbles making that crackling noise, a ligament snapping back in place, injury to the joint, or arthritis!. If there is pain associate you may want to see a doctor!.
Also, make sure you are drinking plenty of water to keep your joints lubricated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah I make a lot of noise too :-) Most experts think it has something to do with bubbles of carbon dioxide kind of 'popping' in the fluid that surrounds the joint!. Some other people think the noise is caused by a snapping movement of the membrane that surrounds the fluid!. It's quite common and won't do you any harm!. It is much more likely if you have very flexible joints, e!.g!. you can bend your fingers back a long way!.

My bones click too!. I don't know why!. They just do!. Since I was like 11, my knees have always clicked!. But never hurt!. I guess if it doesn't hurt, then, ignore it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
