Question: Went blind today!?
ok my m0m woke me up at 4:30am to help her with something before work!. I had to hold something!. I was really tired!. Once i holded it i felt like I needed to vomit cause i was really tired and weak!. Then i went blind for a minute!. I got scared but my sight came back after 1 minute!. After it came back I felt cold and sweaty!. What caused this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you nearly fainted!.
As you stood up from very relaxing sleep to suddenly standing and doing things, your blood pressure would have dropped quite quickly!. If the body cant compensate for the drop in BP quick enough a person will faint!.
In your case it sounds like your body adapted just quick enough to stop you from fainting!. All the things you describe- feeling sick, weak, and the loss of vision (was it getting blurry/dark fromt he edges of vision inwards!?) are all warning signs of an imminent faint!.
The feeling cold and sweaty afterwards is due to the sudden increase in cardiac output (sympathetic nervous stimulation) your body would have undergone to counteract and prevent the faint!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like a vaso-vagal attack !. But losing vision for the whole of 60 seconds while conscious doesnt fit !. If it happens again you definitely need to see a neurologist !.
