Well when you chew gum you can burn about 80 calories in a few hours!. I chew gum all day when im awake and when you walk you burn a lot of calories as well!. I play sports too!. I would say I burn about 2500 calories per day!. But I still eat like 4000!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
