Which arm does an IV have to be put in?!

Question: Which arm does an IV have to be put in!?
Answers:
The nurse will determine this unless you specify a certain arm!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Either, but they prefer the left because it's closer to the heart and would circulate slightly better!. If the vein's better in the left, then bonus!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on the procedure, where they can get a good vein (one time they had to put it in my foot!) and a lot of times they will ask you if you are left handed or right and put it in the one that isn't!.!.!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

the most convenient one-in hospital or surgical setting!.

I would highly recommend the less dominate (less used) arm!.
If you are right handed, then put it in the left!.
