How can I sleep less and still can concentrate well?!


Question: How can I sleep less and still can concentrate well!?
I know it's not possible but still asking maybe someone have a magical way to keep me able to concentrate well during studying although not having enough sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if you do it every day your body gets used to it!. I get about 5 hours of sleep and when I wake up feel perfectly energized and ready to start my day however when I sleep longer then that I wake up tired!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
