you see i was in good health and fitness and i still am but i used to have a flat stomach but over time i got a bit of a gut!.!.!.can anyone give me any easy exercises to get good abs!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, not really!. But if it was easy, you probably wouldn't appreciate it as much!. The best and easiest way to trim weight off of your stomach is to do a lot of cardio as, cardio burns the most fat!. After you burn as much fat as you can, integrate some abdominal exercises and some obliques!. It isn't easy, but you can probably do it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Seriously I did 15 crunches on it the other day and if I cough my abs hurt !! I forgot that I worked out the other day for a quick second until I coughed and remembered what an quick awesome workout I got!.

I dont work out that much, just a few days a week to keep my muscles nice and tight :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
