Well its a virus called herpes (not the STI one) which lies in your nerves around your mouth!. Useally people get the virus during childhood and then its always in your nervs and there is no cure!. It lies dormant untill something triggers it of (wind, stress, sun)!. I get them alot especially when I feel crap! Pregnancy can also cause them and thats why I have had about 50 during my pregnancy!
Theres creams, but the creams only work on the tingling stage and stop them from coming out like WOAH! So if you use cream for the first two days then keep it moist with vaseline then it should be ok!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
