Why isn't sleeping for 12 hours healthy?!


Question: Why isn't sleeping for 12 hours healthy!?

When I was a kid, I could sleep 12 hours easy without any complaints; but then again, I was pretty active when I wasn't sleeping!.!.!.usually hanging out on "the water" on my boat or playing softball, road trips!.!.!.!.plus my body was going through all sorts of changes; you know!.!.!.young lady into womanhood! But then again, we didn't have all the crazy technology we do now!.!.!.one TV in the living room was it! Plus, our parents used to push us outside to play before dinner; nowadays, sleeping 12 hours per day consistently could probably get you into big time trouble; kids today don't get a enough exercise as it is, to sleep 1/2 your life away will kill your body and spirit! Every once in a while is ok, but not more then a couple of times per month!Www@Answer-Health@Com

We all need different amounts of sleep!. Unless sleeping in so long is giving you back pain or aches, I don't see why you should stop!.

However if you've only just started sleeping in for so long recently, watch out for any tell-tale signs of depression and make sure you aren't under any unnecessary stress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
