How do I set my internal alarm clock?!


Question: How do I set my internal alarm clock!?
I always wondered why some people would wake up at the same time every morning, even during weekends!. Well, now that I am out of school I was wondering how I can make it so I wake up every morning at the same time!. Does anyone have an idea or any tips for me to do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think it's a natural rhythm that your body takes into!.!. So you can't really 'set' your internal alarm clock, per se, but if you keep a steady sleeping/waking (with a normal alarm clock) habit for a couple weeks, you might be able to 'set' your internal alarm clock so you can wake up at the same time you had been waking up previously!.

Also, make sure you fall asleep within at least 7-8 hours before you want to wake up, because if you fall asleep any later, your body will be tired and not want to wake up at the time you want to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

YES! I do!!! I am still in school, but for a week you can try to sleep at the same time!. Then you can get some one to wake you up at the exact same time every day fro a week!. Then afterwards, you will just start waking up at the same time every day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you go to bed look at the clock!. Imagine the clock going from the time it is to the time you want to wake up!. It takes a few times but it worked for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

set your regular alarm clock for the time that you want to wake up, and your body will get use to it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
