I am having anxiety for no apparent reason?!

Question: I am having anxiety for no apparent reason!?
I do not know what is wrong with me!.!.!. for the past few hours I feel very anxious!. I think that is the word to describe it!.!.!. I've never felt like this before for no reason!. I feel like I am waiting for something to happen, my heart is pounding, I can't be still or calm, and I feel like something bad is going to happen!. I can't figure out why!. My husband is deployed right now, but its almost over, and I've never felt like this before, so I don't think it has anything to do with that, but that is the only thing I can think of right now that is causing me any type of stress!. I just can't seem to calm down and its starting to scare me!. Does anyone else experience this and if so, what can I do to help myself calm down!? I am tired of feeling "on edge" like I have been for the past few hours, and I can't seem to calm myself down!. What can I try!? =[Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
When there isn't any apparent reason for anxiety, it's called a panick attack!. It's usually caused by an accumulation of stress!.

From what you say, it doesn't seem to be something too common for you, which could be good and bad!. It's good in the sense that your situation will probably go back to normal shortly!.

The bad side of it is that you haven't had a chance to develop techniques to deal with it!.

First off, you should reassure yourself that it will get better, because it will!.

Once you begin to believe that, you should be able to change your mind by reading, watching TV, or any other activities that help you relax!.

To prevent future attacks, try to be more accepting of your emotions and of the things causing you stress!.

If you unfortunately experience other attacks and can't seem to gain any control over them, I would recommend you to consult a specialist!.

These kinds of attack can become quite a handicap when they're unpredictable and uncontrolled!. Some people tend to isolate themselves because of it, which is why I recommend professional help if it persists!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

take a nice hot bath with lavender and soft music clear your mind and relax there is nothing wrong in the world today and nothing is going to happen!.!. now take a deep breath and relaxWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yeap, they're panic attacks!. The worst thing is, they're being triggered by stress which you get from worrying about the same damn thing!. You're creating a dangerous loop a lot of people in this planet have made before you (a lot of them in mental institutions, one of them is our president - Bush)!.
The best way to control it is to face it, face it via meditation that is!. Go into deep slumber, relax, face your demons, make peace with your inner self, wipe away this problem, and rid the world of another Bush in the making!. lol
Kidding aside though, I've put in a link about meditation below which you could give a try!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
