Question: Why do i get massive headaches when i lift weights!?
when i lift weights i get massive pounding headaches and i am wondering what this is and what causes them!. they are very painful and cause me to have to sit down and rest because i cannot go on after one!. what causes them and why am i getting them!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stress of the lift will pull even more from the head to the arms and legs and stomach!. The muscles used for weight lifting!.
You may have breathing restrictions!. Try an antihistimine or saline nasal spray to allow more oxygen!.

check your breathing when lifting when straining it is normal to hold your breath but you must inhale on desending and exhale when extending i hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
