Answers:
Your symptoms could be indicative of any virus, incluidng the flu!. These things are very safe to use, regardless of the illness !.!.!.!. tylenol or motrin and saline nasal spray (if you have congestion)!. Also a humidifier of some sort (cold or hot) if you have having congestion int he chest!. As long as nothing hurts terribly bad (like your throat), you can afford to wait about 2 hours to see if the symptoms p *** quickly or if they hang on!. The anti-viral meds from the doctor may cut your flu symptoms (if you do actually have the flu) by a day or so!. Rest, drink a lot of water!. Don't worry !.!.!. this too shall pass!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep doing what you are doing!. If you have a temp above 102, and acetominophen doesn't bring it down (ibuprofen is different) then go see a doc!. Old fashioned tepid baths for fever work, too!. I use it with my kids!.
Drink plenty of water in sips, and rest!. Lie down and pop in your favorite movie!. This is the body's way of saying hold on there, I gotta battle some germs!Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds like the flu!. check your temperature your might have a fever!. drink lots of fluids and make an appointment to see your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
