Question: My girlfriend has the stomach flu!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
What should she eat and drink!.!.!.is gatorade good to have!? What else should she be doing!? I feel so bad for her!.!.Is there anything I can do to help her!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

water if she can keep it down, foods easy to digest, low to no spices, fats or sugars!. Small sips and only nibbles of food at a time!.
Gatorade is bad for you, but the electrolytes are needed, Pediasure or Pedialyte is a far healthier alternative at least in this situation, doesnt have all the sugars and salt!. Rest!. I just got over the stomach flu about 2 weeks ago, missed work, and didn't eat for at least a week!. Also, if she gets diarrhea and is not taking any water or fluids she will need to be seen soon by a doc!.

Flower water is very good for the stomach!. Its called "Rose Water"!. You can mix it with a bit of normal water, and ask her to drink it

Julie S, you're apparently not from the US!. Gatorade is a sports drink that keeps you hydrated!. It's very good for that purpose!.
