I can't sleep lately?!
Question: I can't sleep lately!?
What can i do to relax myself, so much is on my mind and i feel like it's keeping me from getting a healthy amount of rest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you go to bed (make sure you go alone)
you need to stretch out as much as you can
close your eyes, then if you're alone (with no distractions)
tense up your toes for 2-5 seconds, then as you finish that,
tense you're legs for 2-5 seconds, and so on for the rest of your body til you're at your head!. Then envision the blue light entering your body OR
write down everything that is worrying you, and leave it there on your bedside, IT WILL KEEP til the morning!.
