You can have a piece of floss going all the way thru you, seen a video on that, what it didn't show was what happened latter as the intestines try to pass the string it gets tighter and tighter until it cuts thru, not pleasant!. I know someone who did this with small rubber tubing and just had several days of pain untill it all went thru but I would not recomend string or floss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
