Why do my teeth ache when I finish running?!


Question: Why do my teeth ache when I finish running!?
Today I did the beep test and I got to 80!. I'm a 16 year old female and after I finished and for quite a while afterwards my teeth all ached!.

It only happens when I really push myself and I've always wondered why!?

do you tend to grind them!?
or maybe your keeping your mouth open the whole time you are running in cold weather!.
it may be your gums getting really cold that they get numb!.
and your lips do too!.
and once you get inside the gums and teeth are trying to warm up!.

Could be that you are unknowingly clenching your teeth!. I know when I run I tighten my fists (had to start running with 1lb weights)!. It got so bad, my fingernails cut into my palms and started to bleed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

High blood pressure accentuates the underlining problems you allready have!.
