How much coffee can I drink to stay alert?!


Question: How much coffee can I drink to stay alert!?
I'm writing an important essay and I need to stay alert to take in what I'm reading and I was wondering how many cups of black coffee can I drink in a day over how long!? I don't usually drink much of it!. Are there any other tips to stay alert!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
