Answers:
Registered nurses do A LOT of paperwork and are held very responsible for a patient's condition/progress!. They have to be very accurate with meds and their affect on patients!. They are held very responsible by doctors!. LPNs are more hands-on nurses!. And CNAs like me are given the responsibilty for personal care and a patient's comfort!. Also responsible for reporting to any nurse in charge in a patient's condition!. I think an RN has to be intelligent, responsible, and willing to work hard!. The pay is outstanding for an RN, but in my opinion no one in the health care field is paid what they're really worth, except doctors!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
