Question: Why does caffine make me tired!?!?!?

It probably makes you tired cuz of the certain chemical/ acids contained in that liquid or beverage!. but I always thought caffine makes you jumpy and hyper, not tired! maybe ur right for those specific drinks!. like drinking coke or tea at night, they relax and soothe you, more like the tea, so they tire you out!. hope this helps! and plz answer either me or big mouth!. thx!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Becasue the sugar and caffeine in it really makes your blood stream go super hyper, and ur all WOOO! and Boucy or talkative, and that wears out your body!. The caffeine after 30 mins or so, sorta crashes, and ur all mopy and tired!. I just drank diet coke and feel the same wya!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
