Hangover Remedies

Vitamin C - Another thing the alcohol takes out that you're advised to put back in as soon as possible!. Orange juice, tomato, a 600mg Vitamin C tablet !.

A Hot Bath - The heat will sweat out the toxins that are causing all the problems!. You'll feel a bit woozy at first but go with it and you'll feel better afterwards!.

Chocolate Milk - The store bought kind seems to work best!.

Cheese & Carbohydrates - Essential Amino Acids


Basically you need a few carbs, plenty to drink, a bath, an asprin, and vitamins!.

Take a Berocca before you start drinking!. This gets a reserve of Vitamin B into you!. So your hangover wont be as bad!.

Water or a sport drink with a straw to help you NOT gulp it!. Try to get some Tylenol down, too!. Lots of people swear by high protein foods, but they can be hard to digest if your stomach is off!. Start with toast or saltines and see how they sit!.

If you begin to get really ill you might want to call your Dr!. or even go to the ER!. Alcohol withdrawal, depending on how long and how hard you've been drinking, can be dangerous!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I gotta laugh!.!.!.been there done that! Anyway!.!.!.you can either drink another, or drink lots of water and take pain meds to help out!. It just depends on how much you had to consume and what it was!? Last but not least (dont drink) Haha!Www@Answer-Health@Com

plenty of water and some paracetamol, dry toast if you can choke it down you!. water is crucial here, though the only way to avoid this feeling is not to drink too much!. I hope you feel better soon!. xWww@Answer-Health@Com
