I do try to hold them in but even they sometimes just squeeze out and stink like hell!.
It's disgusting and really embarrasing!.

Well, there could be a number of issues!. First of all, some people simply digest food differently, so it could be that you are simply more prone to flatulence than your friends!. Or, it could be diet!. Some foods, like beans, produce excess gas but do not lead to excess odor!. Other foods, like broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbage, increase both the amount of flatulence and, sadly, the smell!. Most starches (like potatoes and bread) also produce gas!. (Rice doesn't, though, so you might want to try eating more of it!.) The problem is that when these foods pass through our intestine, we have a hard time digesting them!. So, they go through our upper intestine and pass through relatively unchanged!. By the time they get to our lower intestine, the bacteria that live there have quite a lot of work to do, and that work gives off!.!.!. well!.!.!. you know!.!.!.!.

So, what to do!.!.!. Well, some foods seem to counteract gas!. Spices such as cumin and coriander seem to help, and cooking foods longer might also help!. One thing I definitely suggest would be to eat yogurt!. The probiotics found in yogurt have been proven to reduce flatulence!. Now, I hate yogurt, but they actually have a few new frozen yogurt blends that are delicious (made by Breyers and Edy's among others) and have these probiotics in them, so you can still get the good bacteria in your system even if you don't like regular yogurt!.

Now, your condition also might be a symptom of a more serious condition called Irritable Bowel Syndrome, so if your symptoms don't get better by making some simple dietary changes, you might want to check in with a doctor!. He or she could also prescribe medication that could ease your condition!.

Well, I hope I helped!. I know this condition must be embarrassing, but I think that with a few minor changes, things will get better!. Best of luck to you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It can be helped or at least moderated by diet!. What are your eating habits like!? If you eat crap (soda, fastfood, fried food, ect) then you deserve to be ripping *** all day!. Visit bodybuilding!.com and you can get an idea about how to eat clean and what foods to avoid!. You may not want to be a bodybuilder and that is ok but there is loads of good info on that pahge!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

firstly lol! but hey everyone farts, some foods can increase gas production like cabbage, baked beans etc, also avoid chewing gum and drinking fizzy drinks
are you suffering wind pains aswell (cramps in your tummy) if so try laying out flat with your legs complketely straight this umm helps release the gasWww@Answer-Health@Com

It could be related to diet, or it could be the way that YOUR body breaks down food!. For some people they convert and store all of that gas inside them, where as others get a lighter amount!. Ohhh now I have to fart (egg sammy for breakfast)Www@Answer-Health@Com
