Eggs and fish (omega 3) help with focusing!. Add to your diet as many antioxidants as you can because they will also give you a refreshed feeling which will also help you stay alert allowing you to focus!. Check webMD for a complete diet plan!. There are many other areas that can help you through out the day as well!. Scent helps (cinnamon is especially good) and colours also have a huge impact on focus!.
I often have kids with learning disabilities and focus issues-after repainting the home work room and using scents there has been a marked improvement in focus, patience and concentration issues!.
