I got really drunk last night?!


Question: I got really drunk last night!?
and i was throwing up and shaking!. Now 8 hours later i still feel sick and shakey, sore throat and tipsy!. what can i do to lessesn the effects!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

* 3 tbs sugar
* 1 tsp vanilla
* 1/8 tsp nutmeg, ground

You are dehydrated, drink plenty of fluids( not alcahol) get some food in you and some pain killers!. Orange or apple juice is good!.

Thats is thre healthy way, I tend to have a full english and loads of coffee and water

drink like two liters of water!. this will help!. also try eating a piece of toast with marmite on and drink a cup of rooibosch tea without milk but with sugar!. drinking flat cola also help!. or try eating something with proteins in like a chicken pie!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat potatoes, drink juice, drink a beer later for 'hair of the dog'!. just know your drinking level!. everyone likes to get drunk, but getting TOO drunk is another story!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink as much water as humanly possible
as alcohol dehydrates you, and eat a few
bananas to get some potassium in you!.
Also pepto bismol will make your tummy
