Answers:
Weight control that is irrational (or rational) but that is compulsive is classified as a bulimic eating disorder!. Its not the vomiting that characterizes an eating disorder its the obsessive nature of your thoughts toward eating and weight control, no matter what the method (even running and exercise) So yes this could be considered an eating disorder (from the way you describe it) and you should take it seriously and take everything you think about food and weight with a grain of salt!.
Talk to your doctor about the WAY you FEEL about your weight, that is different than the fact that you may be concerned, let him know how often you think about food and eating and what kind of thoughts you are having this will allow him to do a good job getting you the right advice or referral!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You shouldn't gain weight, you are fine now!. you might be just thinking too much about your appearance Unless your Doctor advised you to gain weight , don't!. you might be reacting to spring and swim suit weather coming, but if you think your too thin and you're not, you need a second opinion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its all in your head!. You can either think you look too fat, or too skinny!. Human nature doesn't allow for a balance lol Dont worry about it, your fine, its just a mental thing :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
