I'm 12 and I'm really scared to go to my yearly pediatrician checkup tom!

Question: I'm 12 and I'm really scared to go to my yearly pediatrician checkup tomorrow! Any advice!?
Answers:
I understand that going to the doctor can be a scary thing, but understand that the doctor isn't there to hurt you, but to help you and to see that you're doing well!. There is really nothing to fear!. Try some meditation and deep breathing to calm yourself while your waiting in the waiting room!. Sometimes it helps to tell the doctor that you're a little nervous or scared and that way they will be extra nice and help you through it!. Good luck and I'm sure everything will be just fine!. Remember, going for a check up is to ensure that you are doing good and to make sure to find out if there is something wrong so they can fix it!. This is a good thing! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Please try not to be scared!. There is really nothing to it!. You get your heart rate, blood pressure, height and weight checked and they make sure you have all your proper immunizations, the doctor may speak to you for a few minutes to make sure you are feeling okay but it goes by so fast that you will be done before you know it!. Don't worry, it will be okay-my son just went for his yearly physical last week and he is your age!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
